At Community Workforce Solutions we offer a personalised career, training and employment service that suits your individual needs.

In addition to our Government-funded community programs, CWS offers employment, training and personal development services on a fee-for-service basis.

Employment Assistance

We will personally assist you to prepare your resume, write application letters, address selection criteria, assist in job search, discuss training options, and prepare you for interviews.

Resume Preparation

If you need an up-to-date resume that meets the needs of employers today, our trained employment consultants will personally meet with you and prepare a suitable resume for you and your career.

CWS receives funding from the federal and state government for various employment and training programs that may be able to assist you if you are not currently working full time and looking for work.

Training Programs

CWS provides training and advice to individuals, businesses and community organisations. We pride ourselves on being flexible in our approach to training, targeting the specific needs of our clients.

We have experienced staff who will meet with you and discuss your training needs. We conduct professional skills audits; training needs analyses, and will introduce you to suitable training and support services.

Nationally Recognised Training Courses

CWS is a Registered Training Organisation (Provider No:31097).

Currently CWS offers the following nationally recognised training units from the Business Services Training Package (BSB07):

  • BSBITU102A Development keyboard skills

BSB20107: Certificate II in Business

  • BSBITU201A Produce simple word processed documents
  • BSBITU202A Create and use spreadsheets

CWS also offers a fee for service:

  • Resume which can include Resume Development Training.
  • Selection Criteria development and training which includes assessment and alteration.
  • Career Development.

Counselling Services

As a provider of specialist services, CWS has qualified and experienced staff who may be able to help you with one on one counselling and support.
